Shipping Policy

We will ship your items primarily through the United States Postal Service USPS with Priority mail or first class mail. Delivery should be within 2 to 3 business days but is not guaranteed as it is up to the post office.

The post office may experience delays or misplace your package in rare occasions. These occasions may include but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather conditions, or cases of theft. If the item is misplaced, lost, or stolen during transit at the possession of the deliverer, we will contact the deliverer who is responsible and make a claim. If the tracking information shows that your item has been delivered, please contact your local post office first. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your item and we will assist you.

For international orders, the seller, Westernorigin is not liable for any shipping fees, customs, duties or other fees. These fees must be paid by buyer and if not paid and the package is returned, the shipping cost will be withheld and not be refunded.
